(New York City) NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio rolled out the red carpet for the city's 500,000+ illegals this week. A program which allows illegals to access tax payer supported programs such as medical care, gun registration, driver license, after-school programs, and other services paid for by the hard working people of New York City.

One of the key proponents to this illegal scheme is City Director Melissa Mark-Viverito, a staunch Democratic Socialist hiding behind the "Progressive Party" banner.

She is also the founding co-chair of the New York City Council Progressive Caucus. Their STATEMENT OF PRINCIPAL is nothing short of socialism, power play, public policy controls, and wealth generation:



Their website adequately states their intention of robbing New York's employed workers to feed, house, educate, provide healthcare, and support illegals, through increased over-taxation.

Without question, and strictly from a legal perspective: Bill De Blasio, Melissa Mark-Viverito, and other members of the NYC Council Progressive Caucus are in violation of Federal Laws, to wit:

1907	Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) Offenses

Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).

Harboring -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.

Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

 

Knowledge -- Prosecutions for alien smuggling, 8 U.S.C. §  1324(a)(1)(A)(i) require proof that defendant knew that the person brought to the United States was an alien. With regard to the other violations in 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a), proof of knowledge or reckless disregard of alienage is sufficient.

PENALTIES: With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

De Blasio and those of his administration have violated several federal laws, and should therefore face the same consequences as the "Coyotes" that actually smuggle the illegals across the border. In fact, their blatant disregard for these laws are a clear indicator that their motives are for purely for  a commercial advantage or private financial gain; in this instance, to insure that the half million illegals have the opportunity to vote in the next elections, even though that is likewise prohibited in the Federal Laws, and stands in contradiction to the United States Constitution.


In earlier article that I wrote (THE 45-STEP COMMUNIST PLAN TO TAKE OVER AMERICA), I detailed the Marxist ideologies that are being used to transform America into another communist vassal state reminiscent of The Soviet Union or China's government apparatchik.

 

Here are some prime examples of this sinister plan:

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use  United force " to solve economic, political or social problems.

It's easy to correlate the Communist Plan with the De Blasio's Marxist Agenda. One simply has to look at NYC's public polices that take from the middle class, and give it to the illegals flocking in droves to Liberalized Heaven being built by De Blasio and his lap-dog cabinet members.

The ONLY way that an inspector can get access to the fuel receipt is through the carrier, or with a warrant signed by a judge. Anything else is a violation of your 1st Amendment, and 4th Amendment rights as described in the US Constitution.

Impending Doom:

On April 6th 2012 I stepped onto a jet departing Alaska, and headed for Denver Colorado. The flight was uneventful, and in a few hours I found myself wandering around SeaTac airport looking for something to munch during a five hour wait for the final hop into Denver International Airport.

I left Alaska to seek better paying employment. The economy in Alaska is pricey, while the job opportunities are dismal. Here in the Lower-48 States, at least the trucking industry is paying professional drivers much better than what Alaska based carriers could ever consider.

Over the course of just a few weeks I have spoken with many different people all across the country. From the young to the old, the rich to the poor, and the homeless to the underemployment; I have learned a great deal about the state of our economy, and the mood of the people who have allowed me a few moments of their time.

 

It’s uncanny that so many people are anxious of “something” that they are sure will occur real soon. I ask what that “something” means, and a vast majority of people feel like our way of life is being sucked right out from under our noses. That, and the omnipresent looming specter of economic collapse. Dissatisfaction with the way our elected leadership is handling these crisis, is also on the minds of many people. They seem to feel that the coming election is nothing but a farce, and that Obama will remain seated in office. That in itself causes much concern for the average person on the street. They simply do not want Obama as president for another term. Business owners, truckers, waitresses, mechanics, school teachers, civil engineers; these are the people down here on the streets of America that have been hurt the most by Obama’s domestic policies.

As the eighteen wheels of my mobile office hum along the interstates crisscrossing this great country, I am reminded of the plight of America whenever I pass through some small town that seems to be dying from a sever case of “Obamanomics”. Small town bars and grocery stores sit vacant. Farmer’s fields remain unplowed, discount stores going out of business, and a plethora of family owned businesses that are forever gone.  The huge cattle pastures of Montana are only half full. Whereas there used to be more cows that one could count, now the herds are much smaller—and that means the price of beef will soon skyrocket. It’s a case of “supply and demand” coming into play. But one has to look a little deeper to understand this.

 

The lack of snowfall this past winter has created water shortages from coast to coast. Rivers, lakes, streams, and water reservoirs are damned near empty. A drought is already in effect across most of the Midwest, and this can be witnessed by the lack of crop irrigation.

Farmers can’t water their crops, ranchers are raising less cattle, and the chain-reaction is that less crops mean less grains headed to the stores; and less beef being produced for consumption. Already the price of corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, and other essential crops are going through the roof. Feeder cattle prices, as well as hog sales prices have jumped to near high records.

The trickle-down effect has reached its juncture as well. As the prices of farm products climb upwards, the demand increases beyond production capacities. Certain other industries rely heavily on America’s agricultural output. The price of fuel, tractor parts, labor rates, veterinarian services, and other associated businesses are feeling the pinch. In turn, they have to raise their prices exponentially in order to offset the decline in their business. In the end, that means you and I are paying for all of the loss suffered by the most important element within America’s infrastructure—our food production base.

Everywhere that I travel, I see the signs of an impending collapse staring us in the face. It’s right there, visible to the naked eye, and its scary to think what is right around the corner.

The other day a friend told me that the administration wants to tax those of us that have gardens. I’m not sure if that is true, since I haven’t had the time to research it. But the obvious ramifications, if this is in fact true, really pisses me off. How dare they infringe upon the aged-old method of self-subsistence that has kept many families fed since the dawn of this country.  How dare they tax something as essential as keeping food on the table during difficult times. How dare they think that Americans will go along with this outright blatant BS designed to control our food supply.

They dare to attempt this for several different reasons; chiefly because the younger “none-voting”-crowd are to stupid to get off their butts and scream at the very idea. They dare this because most people will not hit the voting booth, and they dare this because the understand the prevalent apathetic tragedy that has become American politics. Everyone complains about it, but few people will actually take the time to protest, lift their voices, or vote these monkeys out of office. The same people that are caught up in the intricacies of the next reality television episode, or the newest phone application to hit the market. These are the people that can be partially blamed for this country’s downfall.

During my travels I have talked with quite a few of the younger crowd. Men and Women working in the truck stops for slightly better than minimum wage. One particular 27 year old young lady told me that she had never voted in her life, and that she didn’t care about politics on way or another. At home, her mother was taking care of her two minor children, and her step-father co-signed for a brand new imported sports car which carries her to work everyday.

I have spoken with young men who boast that they have fathered four children with different mothers, and hop from bed to bed in an never-ending zeal for sexual conquest. Young men adorned with multiple tattoos, facial  piercing, and sporting the latest hip-hop fashion trends, along with the requisite IPhone blasting music into their ear-canals. Never mind that they are working a minimum wage job, or that the clothes costs more than what they earn in one week—they still live at home with mommy, and the babies that they fathered are being cared for by other parents.

It feels like America’s parents have stopped giving a damned, and just allowed their (now grown up) children to do whatever they please without regard for the consequences. Young adults today could care less about how the country is ran, or who is sitting in the oval office making the decisions that will guide this country into the next century. These kids are caught up in all of the post-modernistic trivialities that don’t means squat in the long term. All of the fancy electronics flooding the market is being snapped-up by technology hungry kids that have no clue about the US Constitution, nor about the impending collapse that is just right around the corner.

 

If I have learned anything thus far in my travels, it’s that America is poised to drop down the crapper real soon. Never mind what all of the talking heads strutting around on the major television networks are saying—they live in a different world than we do. Their million dollar salary and corporate perks insulate them from the rest of us struggling down here on the streets of America.

But when TSHTF, their going to be the first that will suffer. What use is a television anchor-person when the networks are gone, when the electricity is no more, and when the ash clouds of hell descends upon the country. I sincerely hope that they have a backup plan.

I read the Southern Poverty Law Center’s report about the rise of militias across the country, as well as the rise of the hate groups. The reports states that dissatisfaction with the governments handling of domestic policies has pushed the envelope to levels unheard of in the USA. It’ no wonder, considering the policies in effect right now. Domestic polices as well as foreign policies which squander the country's wealth, by supplying Europe, Asia, and the mid-east with BILLIONS of tax dollars, while consequently the IRS is ramping up it’s collection efforts by hiring 18,000 new tax inspectors. At a time when the Gross National Domestic Output is edging dangerously close to the Gross National Debt; these clowns in office are turning inwards against the very people that pay their salaries.

 

To say that people are pissed off, would be the understatement of the year. Everywhere that I go I hear the winds of discontentment. People from all walks of life, from various income levels, and even those with graduate degrees, are voicing their anger. But, I wonder how many actually take it upon themselves to get angry enough to hit the voting booth this year—even at the local level it counts.

 

Only time will tell what happens to each of us. As we go about the tasks of living in our day-to-day existence, raising our families, and trying to keep our heads above water, sinister elements are rapidly developing in the background which could create the conditions conducive enough to signal the rapid demise of America’s way of life—that means YOUR LIVES and mine!

 

Consider the fragilities of both our lives, our economy, and how it could play out in the end. I truly hope that you are squared away with enough food and supplies to enable you and yours to maintain the forward momentum during those terrible times.

This whole thing was first reported in the 1980's by Alex Jones. I listened to his show, and others, on the shortwave. It was viable then, and I have kept a very close eye on this for twenty years.

In A Nutshell: It Ain't Ever Happening.....!

Perspective:

FEMA is unable to gather the manpower, equipment, funding, and resources to manage a natural disaster.

FEMA is unable, after spending billions in tax dollars, to adequately provide advance warning capability in the event of a national crisis.

FEMA is unable to gather resources, recruit, equip, or train the manpower necessary to respond to small-localized events, much less events that have national ramifications.

FEMA Coffins that have been stored are for natural disasters. PERIOD!

The Alleged FEMA camps are designed to hold "Medically Infected" citizen, in the event of a national medical emergency, or other disaster/crisis.

FEMA camps are also designed to serve as Command & Communications Centers in the event of invasion, or terrorist attack, as well as wide-spread civil unrest.

The Bread & Butter Of This Issue:

Are they going to lock you in a FEMA camp?

Hell Yeah They Will--if you are a infected, if you are terrorist, or if you run the street creating anarchy.

Operation Market Plot Goes down like THIS:

If a civilian demonstration turns ugly, gets out of hand, and gets violent, the STATE GOVERNOR, after having exhausted all his/her resources, can request intervention by the Department Of Homeland Security.

Text of The Operational Guidelines are spelled-out below:

a. General. The primary responsibility for protection of life and property and the maintenance of law and order within the territorial jurisdiction of any state, the District of Columbia (D.C.), Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U.S. possessions, and U.S. territories is vested in the local and state governments.

The employment of federal military forces to control civil disturbances normally will be authorized by a Presidential Directive or Executive Order directing the Secretary of Defense to help restore law and order in a specific state or locality.

Exceptions to this condition will be limited to:

(1) Sudden and unexpected civil disturbances (including civil disturbances incident to earthquake, fire, flood, or such

calamity endangering life) where immediate response is required

and where the lack of communications prevent an immediate response.

(2) Protection of federal property and functions (see Annex N, Protection of Federal Property and Functions).

(3) The use of military forces to respond to domestic terrorist incidents pursuant to specific statutory authority (see Annex 0, Assistance to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Combating Terrorism).

While an Executive Order and Proclamation may not be required by statute, military troops will not be used, as a matter of policy, to respond to such incidents unless specifically authorized by the President.

Step #1: The Federal Bureau of Investigation is tasked with the job of conducting a clandestine reconnaissance of the event. They arrive in an unmarked car, and videotape the situation. Later, a determination is made whether or not the situation warrants federal intervention.

Here is the text from that chapter of the operational guideline:

c. On order of the Executive Agent, the Operating Agent/ Supported CINC initiates a reconnaissance of the AO employing the JTF commander and his staff as the reconnaissance element. This reconnaissance will be used by the Operating Agent/Supported CINC to make recommendations as soon as possible concerning use of federal military forces. These recommendations will be made ICW the SCRAG. This reconnaissance is performed in civilian clothing using non-military transportation and communications equipment. The Executive Agent notifies the governor of this reconnaissance (see Appendix 3, this annex).

If the agents determine that the situation is NOT sustainable by the state government in which the crisis is occurring, the Governor of that state is informed, as will be The President Of The United States.

The President then goes on National Television and demands that the parties involved in the crisis cease and desist. At the same time, he alerts the DOJ, DHS, JTTF, and designated units within the Department of Defense to prepare for deployment.

This text is contained below:

d. The President issues a proclamation directing that all persons engaged in unlawful obstructions to justice to cease and desist, disperse, and retire peaceably (see Appendix 4, this annex). The President then issues an Executive Order directing the employment of federal military forces (see Appendix 5, this annex).

e. Following the President’s Executive Order, the Executive Agent publishes an execution order (see Appendix 6, this annex) directing the Operating Agent/Supported CINC to conduct civil disturbance operations in accordance with the alert order.

What will be the military's role during such an event? Once again the elements are spelled out in great detail below:

(2) Threat.

(a) During domestic civil disturbance operations, federal military forces will confront members of the civil populace participating in group acts of violence antagonistic to authority. These acts can fall anywhere along a broad spectrum of violence that encompasses individual acts of terrorism, riots, and insurrection.

 

Why would the President authorize the use of military forces against American civilians?

(2) If the civil disturbance constitutes a national emergency, forces of the ready reserve will be available for civil disturbance operations by order of the President or Congress.

So what will happen when the President gives a GREEN LIGHT for Operation Market Plot?

A Quick Reaction Force (QRF) consisting of a JTF headquarters and one brigade from forces specified in paragraph 2b(l)(a) and 2d(i)(a), above. The QRF will be on a 24-hour alert status and be capable of attaining a civil disturbance condition (CIDCON) 4 status (see Appendix A-1) in 12 hours. Report specific units IAW Annex J.

Some units will arrrive one-site within 4-hours, or less: Once all of the military units that have been designated are "Boots On The Ground"; it will go down like this:

PLANNING. Acquisition and maintenance of the following information by the appropriate command is authorized when acquired by consent or through publicly available sources:

a. An up-to-date list of the names and positions of local, state, and federal officials whose duties are directly related to the control of civil disturbances, as authorized by reference 1c.

b. Information on public, commercial, and private facilities that are assessed by federal or state law enforcement

authorities as targets for persons and organizations engaged in civil disorders after declaration of a federal emergency, as authorized by references la, 1c, and 1d.

4. EXECUTION. Collection, retention, and dissemination of information by DOD intelligence components concerning U.S. persons or groups responsible for, or participating in, such civil disturbances will be limited to situations where such persons or groups reasonably pose a threat to the physical security of DOD employees, installations, operations, or official visitors.

a. In almost all circumstances, while the civil disturbance will have threatened or caused a temporary absence of civil B-1 authority, the actions of the dissident elements will not pose a direct threat to DOD. In this situation, the activities of intelligence personnel and units will be extremely limited and be bound by the restrictions contained in Executive Order 12333, reference la, and its Army implementation, reference 1b. In such a situation, the information collected and disseminated on persons and groups breaking the law will be treated as criminal

information (IAW reference 1c) and not as intelligence data.

NOW HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART THAT PUTS AND END TO THIS FEAR-MONGERING BULLSHIT!

b. While Executive Order 12333, and references a. and d. have been cited above, it must be noted that many of the restrictions imposed on DOD intelligence components are designed to protect the rights of U.S. persons derived from the Constitution and Bill of the Rights as well as other statutory and regulatory documents. As such, these basic rights and freedoms cannot and will not be rescinded merely because an emergency has been declared.

c. In all cases, no information will be collected by intelligence elements about a person or organization solely because of unlawful advocacy of measures in opposition to government policy.

d. Should the actions of the persons or groups causing, or participating in, the disturbance specifically threaten the physical safety of DOD employees, installations, operations, or official visitors, collection activities by DOD intelligence components will still be limited to the use of the least intrusive means. In such cases, this will generally equate to soliciting information from publicly available information and cooperating sources such as federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

Will the US Military use deadly force against American Citizens? DAMNED RIGHT THEY WILL IF YOU SHOOT AT THEM!

(1) APPLICATION OF FORCE.

(A) IN PERFORMING ITS MISSION, THE JTF MAY FIND IT NECESSARY TO BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN HELPING TO PREVENT CRIMINAL ACTS AND IN HELPING TO DETAIN THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. THIS ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT IS AUTHORIZED, SUBJECT TO THE RESTRAINTS ON THE USE OF FORCE SET FORTH BELOW.

(B) THE PRIMARY RULE WHICH GOVERNS THE ACTIONS OF FEDERAL FORCES IN ASSISTING FEDERAL AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO RESTORE LAW AND ORDER IS THAT AT ALL TIMES ONLY THE MINIMUM FORCE IS USED AS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH THE MISSION. THIS PARAMOUNT PRINCIPLE SHOULD CONTROL BOTH THE SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE OPERATIONAL TECHNIQUES AND TACTICS, AND THE CHOICE OF OPTIONS FOR ARMING THE TROOPS. PURSUANT TO THIS PRINCIPLE, THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE (I.E., LIVE AMMUNITION OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PHYSICAL FORCE LIKELY TO CAUSE DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM) IS AUTHORIZED ONLY UNDER EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE CERTAIN SPECIFIC CRITERIA ARE MET AS SET FORTH BELOW

JTf PERSONNEL ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE NON-DEADLY FORCE TO CONTROL THE DISTURBANCE, TO PREVENT CRIMES, AND TO C-1-6 APPREHEND OR DETAIN PERSONS WHO HAVE COMMITTED CRIMES; HOWEVER, THE DEGREE OF FORCE USED MUST BE NO GREATER THAN THAT REASONABLY NECESSARY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE, HOWEVER, IN EFFECT INVOKES THE POWER OF SUMMARY EXECUTION AND CAN, THEREFORE, BE JUSTIFIED ONLY BY EXTREME NECESSITY.

ACCORDINGLY, ITS USE IS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREVENTING ACTIVITIES WHICH DO NOT POSE A SIGNIFICANT RISK OF DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM (E.G., CURFEW VIOLATIONS OR LOOTING). IF A MISSION CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE, AND DEADLY FORCE IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER THE GUIDELINES AUTHORIZING ITS USE, ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE MISSION MUST BE DELAYED UNTIL SUFFICIENT NON-DEADLY FORCE CAN BE BROUGHT TO BEAR. IN SUCH SITUATIONS, THE JTF COMMANDER SHOULD REPORT THE SITUATION AND SEEK INSTRUCTIONS FROM HIGHER AUTHORITY. ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBPARAGRAPH 13F(l)(C)l BELOW MUST BE MET IN EVERY CASE IN WHICH DEADLY FORCE IS EMPLOYED.

In other words--they can beat the crap out of you, but they can't shoot at you unless you start popping rounds in their direction. Even then--they are prohibited from using FULL AUTO fire.

Under what circumstances are the military allowed to use deadly force against civilians?

1 THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE IS AUTHORIZED ONLY WHERE ALL THREE OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PRESENT:

A LESSER MEANS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED OR ARE UNAVAILABLE;

B THE RISK OF DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM TO INNOCENT PERSONS IS NOT SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED BY USE; AND

C THE PURPOSE OF ITS USE IS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1-SELF DEFENSE TO AVOID DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM; SELF DEFENSE AGAINST A HOSTILE PERSON OR FORCE TO AVOID IMMINENT DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY POSED BY THE HOSTILE PERSON;

2-PREVENTION OF A CRIME WHICH INVOLVES A SUBSTANTIAL RISK AN IMMINENT DANGER OF DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM (FOR EXAMPLE, SETTING FIRE TO AN INHABITED DWELLING OR SNIPING), INCLUDING THE DEFENSE OF OTHER PERSONS, WHERE DEADLY FORCE IS DIRECTED AGAINST THE PERSON THREATENING TO COMMIT THE CRIME;

3-PREVENTION OF THE DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES OR SIMILAR PROPERTY CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE VITAL TO PUBLIC HEALTH OR SAFETY, DAMAGE TO WHICH WOULD IMPERIL LIFE

4-DETENTION OR PREVENTION OF THE ESCAPE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE COMMITTED OR ATTEMPTED TO COMMIT ONE OF THE SERIOUS OFFENSES REFERRED TO IN SUBPARAGRAPHS 1, 2, AND 3 IMMEDIATELY ABOVE, BUT ONLY IF ESCAPE OF THE PERSONS WOULD POSE AN IMMINENT DANGER OF DEATH OR SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY TO MILITARY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON

2 MILITARY PERSONNEL HAVE THE RIGHT UNDER THE LAW TO USE REASONABLY NECESSARY FORCE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST VIOLENT AND DANGEROUS PERSONAL ATTACK. THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS PARAGRAPH ARE NOT INTENDED TO INFRINGE THIS RIGHT, BUT TO PREVENT THE UNAUTHORIZED OR INDISCRIMINATE FIRING OF WEAPONS AND THE INDISCRIMINATE USE OF OTHER TYPES OF DEADLY FORCE.

IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES IN THE USE OF DEADLY FORCES WILL BE OBSERVED:

A WHEN FIRING AMMUNITION, THE MARKSMAN SHOULD IF POSSIBLE AIM TO WOUND, RATHER THAN TO KILL;

B WHEN POSSIBLE, THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE SHOULD BE PRECEDED BY A CLEAR WARNING TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP THAT USE OF SUCH FORCE IS CONTEMPLATED OR IMMINENT. C-1-8

C WARNING SHOTS WILL NOT BE FIRED: SUCH FIRING CONSTITUTES A HAZARD TO INNOCENT PERSONS AND CAN CREATE THE MISTAKEN IMPRESSION ON THE PART OF CITIZENS OR FELLOW LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL THAT SNIPING IS WIDESPREAD.

D EVEN WHEN AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO SUBPARA-GRAPH 13F(l)(C)l ABOVE, DEADLY FORCE MUST BE EMPLOYED ONLY WITH GREAT SELECTIVITY AND PRECISION AGAINST THE PARTICULAR THREAT WHICH JUSTIFIES ITS USE. THE RECEIPT OF SNIPER FIRE--HOWEVER DEADLY--FROM AN UNKNOWN LOCATION CAN NEVER JUSTIFY “RETURNING THE FIRE” AGAINST ANY OR ALL PERSONS WHO MAY BE VISIBLE ON THE STREET OR IN NEARBY BUILDINGS. SUCH AN INDISCRIMINATE RESPONSE IS FAR TOO LIKELY TO RESULT IN CASUALTIES AMONG INNOCENT BYSTANDERS OR FELLOW LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL. THE APPROPRIATE RESPONSE IS TO TAKE COVER AND ATTEMPT TO LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE FIRE SO THAT THE THREAT CAN BE NEUTRALIZED.

Will the US Military lock you up in one of their Camp FEMA?

(2) CUSTODY AND DETENTION OF CIVILIANS. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, CIVILIAN POLICE AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE CIVILIAN PERSONNEL INTO CUSTODY; WHEN ASSISTANCE IS NECESSARY, OR IN THE ABSENCE OF CIVILIAN POLICE, FEDERAL MILITARY FORCES HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETAIN OR TAKE INTO CUSTODY RIOTERS, LOOTERS OR OTHERS COMMITTING OFFENSES. IN ANY CASE, MILITARY PERSONNEL WILL FURNISH ANY INFORMATION REQUIRED BY CIVILIAN POLICE TO EXECUTE AN ARREST FORM. SHOULD A SITUATION ARISE NECESSITATING DETENTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONNEL, CIVIL POLICE, POSSIBLY IN COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE PERSONNEL, WILL OPERATE/MAINTAIN OR PROVIDE DETENTION FACILITIES. THE JTF WILL NOT OPERATE CONFINEMENT FACILITIES FOR CIVILIANS WITHOUT SPECIFIC AUTHORITY FROM THE EXECUTIVE AGENT.

What about the rights to search for weapons?

(3) SEARCHES. IN CARRYING OUT THEIR MISSION, JTF PERSONNEL MAY CONDUCT SEARCHES OF INDIVIDUALS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY (INCLUDING VEHICLES) WITHOUT A JUDICIAL WARRANT ONLY IN THE

FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

(A) IF THEY HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL IS ARMED OR IS CARRYING INSTRUMENTS OF VIOLENCE, AND THAT THE INDIVIDUAL PRESENTS AN IMMEDIATE RISK OF HARM TO THE JTF PERSONNEL OR OTHERS, THEY MAY SEARCH THE INDIVIDUAL FOR WEAPONS.

(B) IF THEY HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS COMMITTED VIOLENCE IS HIDDEN IN A BUILDING, THEY MAY SEARCH THAT BUILDING WITHOUT A JUDICIALLY ISSUED SEARCH WARRANT ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

1 THEY MAY ENTER THE BUILDING BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN ENTERED BY THE INDIVIDUAL WHEN IN IMMEDIATE PURSUIT OF THAT INDIVIDUAL, AND THEN SEARCH THE BUILDING FOR THE INDIVIDUAL OR ANY WEAPONS THAT MIGHT BE USED TO FURTHER HIS ESCAPE.

2 THEY MAY ENTER THE BUILDING AND SEARCH FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WHEN THERE IS REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE DELAY NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A SEARCH WARRANT WOULD RESULT IN THE ESCAPE OF ANY WEAPONS OR EVIDENCE SOUGHT.

3 THEY MAY ENTER THE BUILDING WHEN THERE IS REASON TO BELIEVE THAT ENTRY IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS OR SERIOUS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, TO PROTECT PUBLIC SAFETY, OR TO RENDER AID TO SOMEONE WHO IS IN DANGER.

(C) THEY MAY STOP AND SEARCH AN AUTOMOBILE WITHOUT A JUDICIALLY ISSUED SEARCH WARRANT WHEN THERE IS REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE AUTOMOBILE CONTAINS WEAPONS OR INSTRUMENTS OF VIOLENCE AND/OR CONTAINS AN INDIVIDUAL REASONABLY BELIEVED TO HAVE COMMITTED VIOLENCE.

(D) IN CARRYING OUT THE JTF MISSION, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONDUCT SEARCHES OF PRIVATE PROPERTY (INCLUDING AUTOMOBILES) IN OTHER SITUATIONS. AS A GENERAL RULE, SUCH SEARCHES SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY LOCAL AND FEDERAL CIVIL LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL BECAUSE OF THEIR GREATER FAMILIARITY C-1- WITH STANDARDS,FOR SEARCHES, INCLUDING PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING AND USING JUDICIAL WARRANTS. HOWEVER, WHERE JTF PERSONNEL HAVE THOROUGHLY REVIEWED THE EVIDENCE FORMING THE BASIS OF A REQUEST FOR JTF PERSONNEL TO SEARCH, AND WHERE THAT EVIDENCE LEADS TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE REQUESTED SEARCH IS REASONABLY NECESSARY TO THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE JTF MISSION AND THAT THERE IS AN IMMEDIATE DANGER OF VIOLENCE, DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE, OR ESCAPE OF VIOLENT PERSONS UNLESS THE SEARCH IS CONDUCTED WITHOUT DELAY, TH E JTF PERSONNEL MAY CONDUCT THE SEARCH IMMEDIATELY. IN ALL OTHER CASES, RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SEARCH IS TO BE TURNED OVER TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

And finally there is the most ominous warning of all--

g) Full firepower. The most severe measure of force that can be applied by troops is the full use of a unit’s firepower to produce extensive casualties. This extreme measure should be used as a last resort only after all other measures have failed or obviously would be impractical, and where the failure to completely subdue the riot would result in the imminent overthrow of the government, continued mass casualties, or similar grievous conditions. It has not been used by federal troops in this century (See primary rule of use of force and

restriction on use of automatic/burst fire in paragraph la. See paragraphs le and lf below on use of the shotgun and M203 grenade launcher in the application of force.)

So what's the bottom line of this Bill:

You have the inalienable right to protest and demonstrate to your hears content, until your feet are beat, and your voice gives way. Nobody will shoot you down in the streets for complaining against anything in public.

BUT once you start tossing gas-bombs, torching businesses an government buildings, or running wild in the streets; then the Governor can ask for federal intervention.

The President will ask you nicely to leave the area, or he's gonna use military troops to spank yer' seditious ass.

The US military will make a big show of force to intimidate you and your fellow rioters. They will not do anything that might cause you to believe that you will be harmed, but the moment one of the rioters gets out of hand--their gonna kick your ass.

If you shoot at them, they can legally shoot at you. If you run and hide--their hunting you down. If you try to escape, they can shoot you in the back.

If you snipe at them from the rooftops, they can't use mortars on you, but the troops will be mightily pissed when they get to you. You probably won't live through the next five minutes. So all you “wannabe” snipers better take note.

If your one of those anarchist that gets an erection playing with fire; you’d better confine those activities to home, because if you start lighting fires and tossing Molotov Cocktail around, you just became an deadly threat—and they can shoot you down.

That is the A to Z of Operation Market Plot. I've read every stinking word--on every stinking page. SO; now all you over-grown tired ass senior citizen fear-mongers out there can stop scarring the kiddies with your horrific tales of Camp FEMA and how bad the Military is.

Allow me to add my own feelings about this to the mix: The moment that the US Government uses the Military in any other means, against US citizens; they are already fully aware that every militia, every patriot, and every angry American will hit the streets with their guns--and they will be loaded for bear.

I seriously doubt that 90% of the American military, or its leadership will take part in any such action. Law Enforcement Officer are trained to use the Bill of Right and Constitution as part of their evidence collection, interviews, and crime scene identification techniques. many are also former military...

IF such an event were to occur, within a matter of minutes, the MUSTER & ALERT would sound around the nation. They might get a few people behind bars--but I guarantee that they will have trouble getting the rest under control, much less behind bars. They have neither the men, or the resources to get everyone-everywhere at the same time. AIN'T HAPPENING DUDE! (PERIOD!)

Bachmann To America: Prepare yourself

 

In a recent interview with Glenn Beck; Michelle Bachmann states that when Europe’s financial situation finally crumbles; America will feel the immediate effects—particularly our families.

She continues by advising that Americans should prepare themselves by stockpiling food, water, and other necessary supplies. She also made some vague references to a “Military Disruption”. Beck tried to push her on the subject; but she didn’t elaborate beyond that.

In essence; Bachmann states that families should have at least a 30-day food supply squirreled away for the coming hard times. She urges people to NOT make a run on the banks, but to keep enough cash on hand to get through the crisis.

CBN Exclusive: Five Muslim Soldiers Arrested at Fort Jackson in South Carolina

CBN News has learned exclusively that five Muslim soldiers at Fort Jackson in South Carolina were arrested just before Christmas.

It is unclear whether the men are still in custody. The five were part of the Arabic Translation program at the base.



The men are suspected of trying to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson.

A source with intimate knowledge of the investigation, which is ongoing, told CBN News investigators suspect the "Fort Jackson Five" may have been in contact with the group of five Washington, DC area Muslims that traveled to Pakistan to wage jihad against U.S. troops in December. That group was arrested by Pakistani authorities, also just before Christmas.

Coming as it does on the heels of November's Fort Hood jihadist massacre, this news has major implications.

Yochung Xian, a 32 year old Malaysian immigrant smiled as he removed his sunglasses. It had been a long ride on the L-Train from Mid-Town center.. Standing on the train’s platform, he shouldered his small red backpack and strode towards the steps leading up to Edmore street landing. Around him a throng of commuters pushed and shoved their way onto the stifling hot street.



He glanced around as he made his way south along the busy street. The sidewalk covered in chalked graffiti underneath his feet, he watched his reflection in the many glass storefront windows as he passed by them. Around him the pre-holiday crowds moving slowly, stopping here and there to survey the trinkets on sale.



The Edmore Street Shopping center was packed as customers prepared for the long three day weekend ahead. The tiny strip mall situated on Chicago’s south side served a diverse community, most of whom worked in nearby factories and warehouses.



Amid the crumbling basketball courts, rusted cars in back of dilapidated clapboard houses, and overflowing trash dumpsters typical of many Chicago’s inner city neighborhood’s, the smells of barbeque and festivities filled the air with a sense of excitement.



14 year old Joshua Temple dropped another quarter into the pinball machines slot. He’d already spent two dollars in quarters on this machine-he was sure that he would hit the Triple Eight bonus this time. The bonus giving him eight free games. His two best friends Shay and Will crowded around the sides of the machine cheering him on.



The throng of kids playing video games were drown out by the sounds of lasers, bombs, and music emanating from the dozens of game machines in the small non-descript game arcade. An arcade that attracted many, if not all, of the communities children. There was nothing else for them to do, other than attending school and playing in the streets. The Edmore Street Game Arcade was the focal point of the strip mall’s proprietors, a Korean family that called the neighborhood home.



Rachel Meadows, a retired 67 year old white haired school teacher made her way into the small shopping center. Pushing her cart through the store’s narrow isle, she took her time in selecting the goodies that she would need during the customary family cookout enjoyed by her family every year.



Yochung Xian stopped in front of the Edmore Street arcade, watching as the forty odd kids played amid the twinkling lights and garish music. He looked up at the overhead sign, and noticed with satisfaction that it read “We are all God’s children”, and stepped inside of the crowded video arcade.



The explosion hurled bricks and chunks of cement across the parking lot. A girls pink sneaker landed on a parked car fifty feet away. The thunder like boom of the suicide bomb echoing off the buildings across the street-shattering most of the windows in the many small businesses dotting the area.



Inside the ravaged strip mall, mangled and torn bodies lay in spreading pools of blood. The distorted limbless bodies sprawled outside in the parking lot reminiscent of scenes occurring in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The sheer violence of the attack and the abrupt slaughter of the people inside the strip mall a testament to the heinous planning and disregard for human life.



Amid the blaring car alarms and screams of the injured, there was little left of the Edmore Street Game Arcade. The roof had collapsed, crushing those inside. Jagged pieces of glass hurled by the horrific explosion had become missiles, slicing through those unlucky enough to have been standing outside of the arcade. Scores of holiday shoppers lay mangled on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Thick black smoke rushed upwards filling the clear summer sky, as crackling flames leapt out of the arcade’s destroyed roof.

Across town at the Highland Platform, another L-Train packed with commuters screeched to a stop, its electronic doors opening. As the crowd swarmed into and out of the packed commuter train, a huge fireball mushroomed from inside the train’s center car. Jagged bits of glass and steel scythed through the unaware passengers. The train lifting several inches off the ground-disconnecting it from the others, and toppling ionto the already injured lying on the platform’s concrete walkway.
