New police radars can 'see' inside homes
Stunning new revelations about Law Enforcement Agencies illegal use of electronic devices. But this shouldn't come as a surprise, considering these agencies routinely break the law, in order to enforce it.
Those agencies, including the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service, began deploying the radar systems more than two years ago with little notice to the courts and no public disclosure of when or how they would be used. The technology raises legal and privacy issues because the U.S. Supreme Court has said officers generally cannot use high-tech sensors to tell them about the inside of a person's house without first obtaining a search warrant.

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran and Russia signed an agreement Tuesday to expand military ties in a visit to Tehran by the Russian defense minister.

Sergei Shoigu, in remarks carried by Russian news agencies, said Moscow wants to develop a "long-term and multifaceted" military relationship with Iran. He said that the new agreement includes expanded counter-terrorism cooperation, exchanges of military personnel for training purposes and an understanding for each country's navy to more frequently use the other's ports.
Iran's Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan urged greater cooperation as a means of opposing American ambitions in the region. Moscow and Tehran have staunchly supported Syrian President Bashar Assad throughout Syria's civil war, while Washington advocates regime change and supports rebel groups.
"Iran and Russia are able to confront the expansionist intervention and greed of the United States through cooperation, synergy and activating strategic potential capacities," Dehghan said. "As two neighbors, Iran and Russia have common viewpoints toward political, regional and global issues."
Russia has maintained friendly ties with Iran and has built its first nuclear power plant. Last fall, it signed a deal to build two more reactors in Iran.
Shoigu did not the mention ongoing controversy over a deal to deliver a sophisticated air defense missile system to Iran. In 2007, Russia signed a $800-million contract to sell Tehran the S-300 missile system, but the weaponry was never delivered amid strong objections by United States and Israel.
Iran has filed a lawsuit with a court in Geneva seeking $4 billion in damages over the breach of the contract, but the court hasn't yet made any ruling. Russia has insisted that its decision to freeze the S-300 delivery was based on the United Nations Security Council's sanctions against Iran.
Iran's state TV reported Tuesday that Iran and Russia have agreed to settle their differences over the missile deal, without offering further details.
Last year, Russian media reports said that Moscow had sought to end the dispute by offering Iran a different, slightly inferior version of the S-300 system, but Tehran had rejected the proposal.

All socialist countries, both past and present, have adopted and implemented communist strategies in order to incrementally seize control of the population.
Utilizing social issues such as healthcare, jobs, police brutality, immigration, and other issues central to the poor and uneducated, the socialists promise change and government reform, while fermenting violent street protests against republican government, and corporations who provide job opportunities.
During Mayor De Blasio’s Victory Speech, he laid out his socialist plan with open clarity. This video’s chilling ramification quickly became evident as the socialist mayor of NYC wasted no time in executing well laid communist plans against American tax payers, New York Police Officers, and in the process violating a handful of Federal Immigration Laws.
They portray themselves as uniting workers against rich corporations, by providing a “living wage”, when in fact their agenda is to actually create a class war pitting the poor against the middle class and business owners.
In every case, the socialists create massive subsistence programs for the poor. Programs such as education, free medical, subsidized rent, and food stamp programs. But, behind the scenes these programs are funded through heavy handed licensing, permits, and over taxation legislation.
These programs always achieve the opposite effect. Business owners feeling the heat from socialist city government, are quick to relocate their business elsewhere, resulting in further unemployment. This replaces a Free Market Society with government subsidized business enterprises, who receive tax breaks as long as they toe the party line.
The end result is always the same: consumer prices quickly explode as former inventory levels are drained. Increased taxation yields less profit to the minority business owner, and cheap imported products replace domestic products, further killing local manufacturing capability.
At every turn, the socialists heavy taxation allows them to reap enormously huge tax revenues. Business license fees, business insurance, vendor permits, tolls, gasoline and heating fuels taxes go through the roof.
Special administrative police agencies are established to patrol the streets seeking out petty business infractions. Fines and violation charges are very expensive, and oftentimes results in business closures, almost overnight. A prime example of this is the recent choke-hold murder of New Yorker Eric Garner for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes.
Essential services such as electricity, telephone, heating fuels, Internet and cable television services quickly raise their prices because of increased taxes. But, are forced by the socialist government to provide free, or reduced fees to those receiving subsidies from the administration. Again; those people who are gainfully employed are forced to pay for services to the unemployed. A classic communist approach to social welfare.
Throughout history, socialist governments have followed the same steps to seize control.
1 ) Tax the rich to give it to the poor.
2 ) Provide subsidence to the poor, but increase tax liability to those corporations actually providing the service.
3 ) Create multiple private police agencies from hardcore socialist sympathizers, whose sole function is to harass and intimidate those who contradict the party line.
4 ) Eliminate all forms of public grievance by making it nearly impossible to directly address these issues.
5 ) Influence minority voters through massive, and oftentimes illegal schemes such as welfare subsidies.
6 ) Reduce the established military, and replace its leadership with commanders sympathetic to the socialist government.
6 ) Implement immigration policies that allow foreign workers to have access to jobs; thus creating localized unemployment.
7 ) Seize and Control all manufacturing industries: destroy established labor unions, by forcing employers to hire unqualified workers. Then demand wage protection when unqualified workers are unable to meet production schedules, and the company is teetering on the brink of insolvency.
8 ) Intimidate media outlets who publish derogatory information about the socialist apparatus, while rewarding those in the media who propagate the lies and disinformation.
9 ) Fast-Track the elections and appointment of socialist into public offices in order to dominate the politics of the region.
10) Establish a One Party System to begin implementation of national progressive platform that incrementally reduced civil liberties.
Though the Progressive Party hides behind the banner of social justice and racial equality, the naked truth emerges from behind closed-door secretive deals that they construct to generate both wealth and power for themselves.
For example, one of the founding co-chairs of the New York Progressive Caucus Melissa Mark-Viverito earns a whopping $121,000.00 dollars a year. This is in addition to her private holdings such a rental income, investments, and committee payments.. which are estimated to be in excess of 1.3 million dollars. She reigns as New York’s Progressive Council co-chair, but the stark reality is that she always has been, and still is a hardcore communist.

(New York City) NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio rolled out the red carpet for the city's 500,000+ illegals this week. A program which allows illegals to access tax payer supported programs such as medical care, gun registration, driver license, after-school programs, and other services paid for by the hard working people of New York City.
One of the key proponents to this illegal scheme is City Director Melissa Mark-Viverito, a staunch Democratic Socialist hiding behind the "Progressive Party" banner.
"From our earliest days, New York City has been a beacon of hope and optimism and today we are continuing to build that legacy," said Mark-Viverito, a Democrat.

She is also the founding co-chair of the New York City Council Progressive Caucus. Their STATEMENT OF PRINCIPAL is nothing short of socialism, power play, public policy controls, and wealth generation:
Their website adequately states their intention of robbing New York's employed workers to feed, house, educate, provide healthcare, and support illegals, through increased over-taxation.
" A fair budget that maintains a commitment to strong core City services, protects the most vulnerable, asks the wealthiest to pay their fair share, and utilizes progressive revenue streams (including considering progressive tax increases when necessary to meet these goals). "
Without question, and strictly from a legal perspective: Bill De Blasio, Melissa Mark-Viverito, and other members of the NYC Council Progressive Caucus are in violation of Federal Laws, to wit:
Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).
Harboring -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.
Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses. Knowledge -- Prosecutions for alien smuggling, 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) require proof that defendant knew that the person brought to the United States was an alien. With regard to the other violations in 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a), proof of knowledge or reckless disregard of alienage is sufficient.
PENALTIES: With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

De Blasio and City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito said that New York was willing to act even as Washington appears paralyzed by the tens of thousands of migrants who have crossed the Mexican border and overwhelmed social service facilities in Texas, California and Arizona. De Blasio and those of his administration have violated several federal laws, and should therefore face the same consequences as the "Coyotes" that actually smuggle the illegals across the border. In fact, their blatant disregard for these laws are a clear indicator that their motives are for purely for a commercial advantage or private financial gain; in this instance, to insure that the half million illegals have the opportunity to vote in the next elections, even though that is likewise prohibited in the Federal Laws, and stands in contradiction to the United States Constitution.

It's easy to correlate the Communist Plan with the De Blasio's Marxist Agenda. One simply has to look at NYC's public polices that take from the middle class, and give it to the illegals flocking in droves to Liberalized Heaven being built by De Blasio and his lap-dog cabinet members.

American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission
belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum.
Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against
programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review
assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion
pictures.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them
"censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting
pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as
"normal, natural, healthy."
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion
with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need
for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in
the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of
church and state."
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it
inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to
cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as
selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage
the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of
the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the
Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized
control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare
programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with
the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to
social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which
no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental
health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose
Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage
promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the
negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and
retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create
the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the
American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up
and use United force " to solve economic, political or social
problems.It's easy to correlate the Communist Plan with the De Blasio's Marxist Agenda. One simply has to look at NYC's public polices that take from the middle class, and give it to the illegals flocking in droves to Liberalized Heaven being built by De Blasio and his lap-dog cabinet members.

Major metropolises, such as New York City, and Los Angeles, that have a large Islamic population, should undertake to examine their public policies from a hardline stance, before the stealth jihadists gain more ground in America's political infrastructure--and we witness Islamic Terrorist going on a murderous shooting rampage in a schoolroom full of six year old kids.
History shows that anywhere in the world that Islam was allowed to create settlements; within ten years a war occurred in that area. France, England, Sweden, and other countries whose public policies paved the way for Moslem immigration, are now facing a deadly menace on their own streets.
After his death, his local mosque prepared the body, shipped it back to Bosnia, and he was given full military funeral in Bosnia. The liberal press, and even the Utah police were unwilling to call this cold blooded murderer a jihadist.

Day after day, week after week; Islamic Terrorists across the globe are slaughtering innocent people almost without impunity. These atrocious acts of terrorism have been steadily increasing over the last ten years, and no matter how these events are sliced and diced by the liberal media, who categorically refused to say that a vast majority of Moslems either covertly or overtly approve of these acts; the fact remains that America is facing a growing threat from these Moslem fanatics.
History shows that anywhere in the world that Islam was allowed to create settlements; within ten years a war occurred in that area. France, England, Sweden, and other countries whose public policies paved the way for Moslem immigration, are now facing a deadly menace on their own streets.
Obama and Company are providing the same immigration opportunities to the Moslems as Europe did; subsequently allowing already radicalized jihadist families into the country. Though many of these people are adept at hiding their distain and hatred for America, they could potentially be the terrorists killing everyone in the next mall shooting spree.

The Obama administration, along with its European allies are paving the way for an eventual showdown with The Soviet Union. Given the Kremlin's antagonistic approach towards what they perceive as a national security threat, the Soviet High Command already has plans to use both conventional, and nuclear forces in this ongoing debacle with NATO and the US.
Ukraine's war with Russia is already out of control. The Kremlin has already shown the world that they aren't above slaughtering innocent people when they shot down a commercial passenger airliner, snuffing out 298 innocent lives
The almost non-stop sanctions against Russia is forcing the Kremlin to adjust its political and military options. Given that the soviet economy is teetering on the brink of disaster, it would be likely to understand that Putin and his supporters will use the Ukrainian crisis as a launching pad to start a war with America. After all; war is big business...

New York City's Nightmare Under Communist Mayor De Blasio

New York City's 109th Mayor is truly one of a kind administrator. His public polices are aimed at destroying the middle-class workers who keep the public treasury flowing with countless billions of taxes, as well as increased fines, violations, and petty permit fees.
But on the other hand, his policies are not only beneficial to himself, but to the millions of illegal and generations of welfare families who voted for him.
He is the first democrat to hold the city's highest office since 1993. One of his first acts in office was to change the manner in which the New York Police Department deals with blacks and Latino.
He ran for mayor by promising the black and Latino communities that he would do away with the STOP & FRISK policies that has been the leading crime deterrent in NYC for years. A move that resulted in across the board dissension between De Blasio's and the NYPD, who felt that the mayors actions are disrespectful to them.
But what could New Yorkers expect from a mayor who is openly sympathetic to socialism, if not outright communism...?
Considering De Blasio's track record of over-taxing New York City's working families, and giving it to the subsistence families, it shouldn't come as a surprise where he is taking New York City.
His public polices regarding education can be witnessed in his September 2013 opposition to the city's 183 Charter (Private) Schools. Opting instead to reduce the city's co-funding of these schools--even though 20,000 New Yorkers staged a rally against this policy. He revoked $200 Million from the city's Charter School budget; Yet, at the same time, he wants to tax those families earning over $500,000 a year to pay for kindergarten after-school program which are largely dominated by the Latino families, many of whom are receiving welfare.
Just like his Democratic Socialist mentor in The Whitehouse, De Blasio's Fas tracked illegal citizenship in New York City through an unconstitutional act which provided illegal's with a city issued identification card.
This policy created an immediate overload of NYC's welfare and subsistence rolls, and had resulted in overall budgetary spending at the cost of working New Yorkers who foot this illegal scheme.
Additionally, the city's school districts were inundated with a mass influx of illegal's registering their children for after-school programs; many of which are prioritized, and provided almost exclusively for the Latino students, leaving many non-Latino's out of the programs.
Another immediate effect of De Blasio's educational policies can be seen in the lack of student seating throughout the districts. Due to these programs, the schools don't have enough seating space for longtime residents, because the Illegals outnumber the registered students. In some cases, lack of seating space has forced the school districts to bus students to different schools.
Illegals given a city identification card, as well as legal status, has combined to create a predominantly disproportionate number of educational opportunities for New York City's residents. A simple divide and conquer approach to administrating the city's population.
DE BLASIO ADMITS HE'S A SOCIALIST:
During De Blasio's inauguration speech, he openly states that he is a Democratic Socialist. Use of the words like "Progressive" can be linked to the communist ideologies common in The Soviet Union and Peoples Democratic Republic Of China.
“Make no mistake: The people of this city have chosen a progressive path, and tonight we set forth on it, together."
He goes on to state a very common socialistic view, that wealthy New Yorkers should pay more taxes to support the city's illegals, and fund his "No Child Left Behind" policies.

The democratic socialists party leadership is comprised primarily of middle age blacks who have been given a taste of power, and they have become drunken with it to the point of uncontrollable addiction.
Their ultimate goal is to elevate themselves to a position of authority which guarantees unlimited wealth, and absolute power without public oversight.
Their agenda removes all forms of resistance and recourse from those who willingly, or unwillingly serve the system. A system that perpetuates servitude from cradle to grave, with dire consequences for those who contradict the established absolutism.
Their closed door legislation includes the covert manipulation of education, healthcare, finance, immigration, judicial processes, manufacturing, communications, and essential consumer commodities. In essence and form, they seize every opportunity to utilize taxation as a means to force compliance until abject control is established, and all civil liberties are a mere shadow of a long forgotten history.
At no time in America's history has this group ever conducted themselves in a manner beneficial to anyone other than themselves. For they see themselves as having been victimized by an unjust system, in the exact same manner in which they seek to victimized others once they gain power.
One can see evidence of this in every democratic controlled city or state. The maddening profusion of inane laws designed to inhibit speech, restrain action or complaint, and the incremental elimination of civil rights through brutal police state tactics.
Utilizing race, and money, they create a climate of racial disparity in order to ferment controlled chaos within the sphere of their influence. By pitting race against race, they mastermind the actions and thoughts of those who are undereducated and unemployed, against those who are employed and sustain their own lives financially.
They speak of capitalism in derogatory terms, disparaging those corporations that bring a measure of consistency to the kitchen table; when in essence it's these same corporations that they want to control through heavy revenue generating taxation, and useless legislation.
At the forefront of their self indulgent policies, they work diligently to abolish all forms of western religion. They view GOD and those who follow Jesus teachings as a detriment to their personal agenda. Using federal laws and media propaganda, they routinely harass and intimidate churches, clergy, and church members; calling instead for a new age type of spirituality which allows deviant peculiarities, and oftentimes outright contempt for established religiosities. By eliminating religious morality, they foster a sense of righteous acceptance to their godless immorality, and further truncate the system of reliance by those that have been indoctrinated.
Historically it has always been the elimination of privately owned firearms that has allowed these closet tyrants to succeed in their sinister plans. It isn't the removal of firearms that they are seeking, it's the elimination of the means, the rights, and the will to resist these Marxist plans that they are seeking. In their views, a citizen with a firearm had both the means and will to speak out against the system. By eliminating guns, they bemuse themselves with the notion that America's masses will simply ignore the laws of both GOD and the constitution; and willingly submit to their new world order.
When there is public opinion against their gun-grabbing program, they are quick to arm themselves beyond sensibilities, and militarize local police forces in the name of domestic security. In fact this show of force usually has the opposite effect, and results in a massive upscale of gun and ammunition sales. It creates a climate of hate and dissection, which divides the nation even further. In every national issue, these liberalized communists use religious rights, gun rights, and crime statistics to persuade public opinion.
Yet they never speak out against abortion, immigration, or family rights. It's rare to watch these power hungry people denounce their own party membership's crimes or sexual deviance. Instead, they call America's war veterans terrorists, and portray Christians as racists when church members speak out against the gruesome beheadings and genocidal slaughter occurring in Islamic countries. They give credibility to the Islamic State and Palestinian Hamas, while denouncing Israel for defending itself from Islamic terrorists. But give little concern to the North Korean slave labor camps where human suffering occurs around the clock.
Short of a full scale civil uprising, the way to eliminate this nefarious agenda is to identify and publicize the people pushing forward these Marxist plans. To make them understand that even though they may hold public offices, their tenure in the public sector is wholly reliant on the will of We The People, and as such, their collective communist asses are under America's microscope...

The Federal Bureau Of Investigation created a fake newspaper ad on the Seattle Times server, in order to catch somebody they suspected of having something to do with an alleged bomb threat.
What can you expect from an agency that spends more time investigating right wing Americans, than it does catching jihadists living in America.
Then again, I suppose they think it's necessary to break the law, in order to enforce it.

DOT COMPLIANCE: Driver Fuel Receipts
FUEL RECEIPTS DURING A DOT INSPECTION
There is much debate these days around the truck stop coffee counter about the legality of providing a DOT inspector with fuel receipts during an inspection
LETS CLEAR THAT UP RIGHT NOW
THERE IS NONE!
The ONLY way that an inspector can get access to the fuel receipt is through the carrier, or with a warrant signed by a judge. Anything else is a violation of your 1st Amendment, and 4th Amendment rights as described in the US Constitution.
YOU ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO SHOW THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AT A ROAD SIDE INSPECTION
Driver License
Medical Card
Long Form Physical
Bill Of Lading
Operating Authority
Insurance Certificate
IFTA Registration
Trailer Registration

There is NO requirements that a driver MUST show any DOT inspector a fuel receipt regardless of what that inspector may tell you. Make him/her prove it to you in writing, or tell him to get a signed warrant!
